Mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement (Summary)

By accessing the Trust Package, you agree that the information contained therein is confidential and proprietary. You agree to: (1) keep all disclosed information strictly confidential; (2) not disclose such information to any third party without prior written consent; (3) use the information solely to evaluate a potential business relationship; (4) promptly return or destroy all information upon request.

This agreement is governed by applicable law and shall remain in effect for three (3) years from the date of access.
